LingoDial

FAQ

Fair questions.

The things a careful person asks before trusting an app with a phone call and a voice.

Fair questions

Asked by every skeptic. Answered plainly.

No. By default nothing is stored — not audio, not transcripts. Live translation runs on streaming buffers that are discarded as the call proceeds. Storage exists only if both people on the call explicitly turn it on, and the line at the start of every call tells both sides exactly what is active.

Nothing hidden

Every call says what's on, out loud.

Recording is off unless both people turn it on, and the opening line of every call tells both sides exactly what's active. Your voice model lives under your account, renders only your own authenticated calls, and deletes immediately when you ask.

The full detail — consent, storage, and how the verified badge is attested — is written plainly on the privacy & consent page.
